Care of patients in the zone model on the ward with around 27 beds
Leading a zone with the assigned patient group
Adequate delegation of nursing actions to nursing staff
Working according to the principles of Lean Hospital in a homogeneous team of around 30 employees
Competencies and potential
Basis: Diploma as Pflegefachfrau/-mann (HF, FH or equivalent)
Preferably: Experience in an acute care facility
Very preferably: High patient orientation and strong organizational skills
And also: Great team player qualities
