The Age and Care sector of the city of Winterthur offers, in its five elderly care centers as well as with Spitex, a varied range of services for the population of the city of Winterthur.

For our long-term care at the Rosental elderly care center, which offers a well-maintained home to 107 residents, we are looking for a committed, communicative and experienced leading personality for the residential group in geriatric psychiatry starting from 1 January 2027 or by agreement.

Your tasks ##

• * Operational management and autonomous organization of the residential group
• * Ensure professional support and care for residents
• * Responsibility for the management of personnel and the care and support team
• * Interdisciplinary collaboration, notably with the medical service, therapies, the care expert, customer advisory and hospitality
• * Responsibility for RAI classification
• * Ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal directives
• Your profile ##
• * HF/FH certified nurse training with additional training in management or willingness to pursue it
• * Several years of professional experience in the field of geriatric psychiatry, management experience desired
• * Willingness to participate directly in care and support
• * Very good IT skills (MS Office, RAI as well as PEP knowledge an asset) and impeccable German
• * High social competence as well as communication skills with a great sense of responsibility
• * High autonomy, openness to change processes
• * Ability to assimilate quickly, networked thinking with analytical skills
