Shape nursing, strengthen people – your field of activity with us

• You take responsibility for holistic, professionally sound nursing and accompany our patients with commitment and heart
• As a leader of a nursing group, you lead your team of FaGe, nursing assistants, students, and trainees with overview, team spirit, and tact
• You control the nursing process confidently – supported by our digital clinical information system – and ensure precise, traceable documentation
• Together with the team, you think nursing further: You contribute ideas, actively help shape processes, and constantly develop the quality further
• As a mentor, you accompany and promote students and trainees on their way into the nursing profession

What you need to be successful

• You have completed training as a dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH or a qualification recognized by the SRK.
• You find the large medical spectrum of a familiar peripheral hospital exciting and enriching
• You meet people with respect and appreciation, because providing the best possible care for our patients is your top priority
• You work carefully, conscientiously, and like to take on responsibility
• Further development is a matter of course for you and you want to constantly expand your skills
• Confident German completes your profile (with a foreign language diploma, you provide a B2 diploma)

Our terms of employment are basically based on the Collective Labour Agreement (GAV) for the personnel of Berner Spitäler und Kliniken.
