The tilia foundation for long-term care is the main provider of complex long-term care in the Bern region. Across five sites, we accompany people from the age of 18 who depend on care and assistance. Our offerings include long-term inpatient residential units, specialized departments for people with dementia and respiratory diseases as well as long-term neurological and bariatric care, complemented by outpatient services. Your mission

• Direction and management of the MPA team personnel with 4-5 employees across four sites
• Management of the medical agenda (entries/exits, filing of records, planning of visits, interviews with relatives)
• Operational activity in Köniz (30-40%)
• Management of the documentation system for our residents
• Data entry for the Medifilm medication software
• Responsibility for correct billing via Tardoc, including billing and collection
• Participation in quality management, process development, and the implementation of the new organization

Our requirements

• Certified Medical Assistant EFZ with additional training as a Medical Practice Coordinator (MPK) or recognized equivalent training
• Taste for designing development processes and affinity for long-term care
• Very good oral and written knowledge of German
• Sense of responsibility, team spirit, initiative, and high quality standards
