Your tasks ##

• Management of a nursing team of 30 people with the support of a group leader
• Targeted focus on leadership and development tasks of the ward - no direct nursing
• Planning and controlling efficient processes
• Dual management of the interprofessional treatment team (senior physician)
• Development and implementation of strategies for team development
• Regular conduct of team meetings
• Driving interdisciplinary cooperation with doctors and therapists
• Participation in projects
• Networking externally (cooperation with long-term institutions, relatives, etc.)

Your profile ##

• Completed nursing training (HF/FH, PsyKP, AKP, DN ll)
• At least 4 years of professional experience
• Established leadership personality with several years of leadership experience, ideally in a similar environment
• High level of commitment and great engagement for our patients and employees
• Excellent communication skills and high empathy
• You can inspire people for something
