TSO / IBODE / Scrub Nurse

Medicalis Neuchâtel is recruiting operating room professionals on behalf of several of its partners! Are you a TSO, IBODE, IDDO or scrub nurse and wish to give new momentum to your career? We currently have several permanent position opportunities within clinics and hospitals located in the cantons of Neuchâtel, Jura and Fribourg.

Within the operating room, you will notably be required to:

• Prepare and check the equipment and devices necessary for interventions
• Provide instrumentation during surgical interventions
• Participate in patient care and safety
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety protocols
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthetists and healthcare teams
• Participate in the management, treatment and reconditioning of equipment according to the establishment's procedures

Your profile

• Diploma in TSO, IBODE, IDDO or equivalent training
• Recognized foreign diploma or currently undergoing recognition by the Swiss Red Cross
• Experience in the operating room and in instrumentation
• Good adaptability and sense of priorities
• Rigor, autonomy and team spirit
• Comfortable in a technical and demanding environment
• Motivation to invest yourself durably in an establishment
