Gemeindeintegrierte Akutbehandlung (GiA). Acute psychiatry where life happens.

The GiA treats people with mental illnesses as part of a home treatment directly at home. The interdisciplinary team carries out the acute psychiatric treatment daily in the familiar environment of the patients.

Your tasks ##

• Case-leading care and counseling of patients in acute psychiatric "Home Treatment".
• Your tasks as case management include, among others, regular home visits, treatment planning and regular treatment review in the core team, planning of system discussions, history taking, joint creation of discharge reports
• Execution of nursing tasks (blood collection, ECG, medication management, vital sign checks, injections) and patient-related administrative work in shift service (early and late shift)
• Assumption of on-call services (telephone)
• Active cooperation in the team, with external institutions and the environment of the patients

Your profile ##

• Training as dipl. Pflegefachfrau / -mann HF
• Experience in psychiatric nursing is a great advantage, at least however professional experience in outpatient nursing
• Driver's license (Cat. B)
• Proficient language and PC skills
• Open, flexible and independent personality with high social competence
