Your tasks

• Planning, organization and coordination of complex consultation appointments across several medical disciplines, including ensuring an efficient and smooth process.
• Professional telephone communication with patients and their relatives, referring agencies, family doctors, external services and insurance companies.
• Formatting and sending of consultation reports, including careful review and administrative follow-up.
• Managing patient registration and responsible back-office activities, which require a high level of service orientation, accuracy and organizational strength.
• Supporting the medical team in diverse organizational and administrative tasks to ensure a smooth workflow in daily business.

Your profile

• Completed training as a Medical Secretary or Medical Practice Assistant (MPA)
• Sound knowledge of medical terminology as well as proficient German in speaking and writing
• Good IT user skills and confident handling of common programs and clinic information systems
• Independent, efficient and reliable way of working
• Enjoyment of a varied activity and of working in a team
