ZetLab AG is a modern 24-hour laboratory in Zollikon specializing in medical analytics at the highest quality level. In close cooperation with ZLZ Zentrallabor AG, we are committed daily to fast, reliable medical diagnostics as well as personal and customer-oriented service.

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Support and advice for customers as well as patients within the scope of the service offering in the Z-Point
• Administrative practice management and appointment and consultation hour coordination
• Processing of telephone and written inquiries (customers, patients, doctors, insurance companies, etc.) as well as the creation of offers
• Professional sample collection (blood, swabs, urine) with due regard to pre-analytics
• Expansion and co-design of the collection center as well as interdisciplinary support

YOUR PROFILE

• Medical training as MPA, FAGE, DA etc. with certified further training in venous blood collection
• At least two years of professional experience, of which at least one year is practical experience in blood collection
• Responsible and resilient organizational talent with a strong customer orientation
• Joy in working with various IT programs and systems (MS Office, MIPS, cash register systems etc.) as well as openness to learning new organizational programs
• Very good German and good English skills, both oral and written, are required; further languages are an advantage
