Your tasks: #####

• Activity on an open acute psychiatric ward with a focus on the psychosis spectrum
• Individual co-design of the acute psychiatric setting
• Support in the implementation of the nursing process in the multidisciplinary team
• Active participation in the implementation of new inpatient projects
• Active accompaniment in everyday life and relationship management according to the Safewards concept
• Taking on key worker duties or working in the core treatment team

Your profile: #####

• Completed training as Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann HF or recognition for foreign training
• High flexibility and self-management skills
• Open, humorous, and warm appearance
• Very good German skills in spoken and written
• Recovery-oriented attitude
• Ideally already have further training in aggression management or willingness to take this course
