Your tasks

• Professionally competent and empathetic accompaniment of our guests from admission to discharge
• Deputy for the Head of Nursing in professional, personnel, and organizational matters
• Active support of the nursing management in daily business and in the further development of the department
• Participation in personnel deployment planning and absence management
• Carrying out and documenting preliminary clarifications as well as needs assessments upon admission
• Creation of individual nursing orders and ensuring nursing processes
• Taking on daily responsibility and active participation in nursing operations in all shifts
• Participation in administrative tasks, training, and quality assurance

Your profile

• Completed training as dipl. Pflegefachperson HF
• Leadership experience in a comparable function
• Experience in Spitex is an advantage, but not a requirement
• Independent, structured, reliable way of working with a strong sense of responsibility
• Empathic, team-oriented personality
• Good MS-365, interest in digitalization, experience with Nexus is an advantage
