Its mission is to promote staying at home, autonomy and social integration by offering individualized support in each situation and providing a complete range of services.

With its 5 sites and its nearly 550 collaborators, the CMS Sion-Hérens-Conthey accompanies nearly 7100 beneficiaries across all 16 municipalities of the region.

We are looking for our Nendaz site, a:

Nurse

(60-100%)

Your mission

• You evaluate home care situations and act as a referent by showing leadership skills in care management situations.
• You provide nursing care and actively participate in your team's dynamics.

Your profile

• Training in the field of care (Bachelor level or equivalent)
• At least 2 years of experience
• Ability to adapt, listening skills and autonomy
• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
• Ability to use standard IT tools
• Driving license and vehicle indispensable
• Knowledge of the home care field, an asset
