tasks

• you support the nursing management in the personnel, professional and organizational leadership of the nursing team
• in doing so, you ensure professional and high-quality care as well as smooth workflows
• you assume co-responsibility for duty scheduling, employee leadership as well as the introduction and support of new employees
• furthermore, you coordinate internal further training and actively participate in quality assurance and nursing development
• the interdisciplinary cooperation with doctors, nursing professionals and other specialist departments completes your versatile area of responsibility
• the workload can, depending on preference, be between 80 and 100%

requirements

• you have completed training as a dipl. registered nurse HF / FH or an equivalent, recognized training in Switzerland
• furthermore, you bring sound professional experience in nursing
• you have already completed leadership training or you are willing to complete such
• would you describe yourself as a communicative, empathetic and responsible professional with organizational skills?
