For a Spitex organization in the Luzern region, we are looking for a Fachfrau Gesundheit EFZ / Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ (60-100 %) for a temporary assignment. Here, care takes place directly in the familiar homes of the clients, and that is exactly what makes your daily work so versatile. You will be on the move independently, encountering different people and care situations, and can organize your assignments with personal responsibility. At the same time, you are part of a well-coordinated nursing team and can exchange ideas with your colleagues at any time regarding professional questions.

Your tasks with the new employer:

• Start your tour and accompany clients directly in their homes, coordinated with their personal situation and their individual care needs
• Undertake nursing and medical-technical procedures within your competencies and support the clients in remaining as independent as possible
• Maintain an overview even while on the move, recognize health changes early, and exchange information with the responsible specialists if necessary
• Document your assignments carefully and thus ensure that important information arrives reliably within the nursing team beyond your own tour

• With your completed training as Fachfrau Gesundheit EFZ / Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ, you bring the professional foundation for your assignment
• Experience in Spitex is an advantage, but more important is that you feel comfortable in an independent and varied daily care routine
