With us, you will take responsibility for a specialized dementia team and actively help shape our dementia department. In this way, you help shape how people with dementia and their relatives will be accompanied and supported in our region in the future. Your area of responsibility You lead and accompany our well-coordinated 16-member team and promote the employees according to their competencies and strengths. In doing so, you will be supported by two experienced Co-Deputy Team Leaders. You take over case management for our customers and ensure holistic care and support as well as the accompaniment of their relatives. You actively help shape the further development of our dementia department, contribute your own ideas, and strengthen regional networking as well as interprofessional cooperation. You contribute your knowledge at events as well as in public relations and, together with our marketing communications, contribute to raising awareness for the topic of dementia.
