Pole Managers (M/F) at 90%

The Fondation Addiction Jura (FAJ) is a parapublic foundation active in the prevention, treatment, and harm reduction related to addictions in the canton of Jura. It employs approximately 25 FTE across three sites, in close link with the Canton (service contract), the Jura socio-sanitary network, and the Romand authorities (CRIAD).

The Foundation is engaged in a profound renewal: a Foundation Board entirely renewed in early 2026, a new management in office since November 2025, and an institutional diagnostic launched in September 2026 with all teams. This will lead in spring 2027 to an institutional project 2027-2031 as well as an update of the therapeutic model and the scope of services, both outpatient and residential. The two pole managers will be full participants in this.

In this context, the FAJ is recruiting:

Two Pole Managers (m/f) at 90 %

• Outpatient pole (Delémont – Porrentruy) – start date: 1st January 2027 or to be agreed
• Residential pole (Le Prédame – Les Genevez) - start date: 1st January 2027 or to be agreed

Your mission
Reporting to the Director and member of the Management Board, you pilot all activities of your pole: quality and continuity of support, management of the multidisciplinary team, budgetary and administrative management, representation with partners. This is a management, steering, and representation function, distinct from field clinical functions.

Your main responsibilities
– Strategic and operational steering: ensure the quality, continuity, and accessibility of services; implement the institutional project within the pole;
– Monitoring and quality: quality standards (QuaThéDA, ISO), CRIAD/SAS indicators and legal obligations; monitoring of the budget, billing, and reporting; responsibility for the budgetary balance of the pole;
– Team management: animate and unite a multidisciplinary team in a logic of delegation; support the professional development of employees; prevent psychosocial risks;
– Interface and partnerships: act as the link between the pole, the management, and the Foundation Board; represent the pole to the Canton and network partners; contribute to inter-pole reflections.

Specifics according to the pole
Outpatient pole: consultations, therapies, prevention and harm reduction; emerging addictions; enhancement of services and development of new offers; travel between Delémont and Porrentruy.
Residential pole: 24h/24 support (accommodation, therapeutic follow-up, reintegration); safety and quality of life in accommodation; optimization of the occupancy rate; reinforced presence at Le Prédame.

Your profile
– higher education in health, social work, psychology, special education or management;
– experience in the socio-sanitary field in the broad sense (addictions, mental health, psychological disability, social action, care);
– confirmed experience in multidisciplinary team management (minimum 3 years) — decisive criterion;
– mastery of management tools (budget, quality indicators) and the governance issues of a public utility institution;
– unifying leadership, constructive management of tensions, solution-oriented;
– transparency and exemplarity; taste for collaborative work and the learning organization.
