Your tasks ##

As Nursing Service Manager, you bear the overall responsibility for inpatient care, with 20 nursing beds, as well as for the Spitex in assisted living. You lead both areas professionally, personally, and organizationally. In doing so, you are a committed, present leadership personality who leads by example and actively helps shape everyday nursing life.

• Taking responsibility: You ensure professional organization and high quality of care in inpatient care as well as in the Spitex in assisted living.
• Leading and being a role model: You lead approx. 30 employees with clarity, appreciation, and commitment. You lead by example, live our values in everyday life, and promote a positive team culture.
• Showing presence: You are regularly present in the nursing departments and in assisted living, know the challenges of everyday nursing, and are a reliable contact person for employees and residents.
• Supporting and accompanying: You stand by your teams professionally and personally, support them with challenges, and also lend a hand in nursing if necessary.
• Ensuring quality: You are responsible for the quality of care, the nursing plans and needs assessments, as well as the correct documentation and service recording in both areas.
• Further development: You optimize processes, further develop your employees and the nursing offers, and work closely with the management in the process.
• Networking: You maintain a trustful cooperation with residents, relatives, doctors, and internal as well as external partners.
• Acting economically: You use personnel and material resources responsibly and in a goal-oriented manner.

What you bring with you ##

• Completed vocational training as a certified nursing professional

(HF, AKP, DNII, PSYKP)

• Knowledge and experience in the field of leadership
• Experience in Spitex or outpatient care or great interest in this area and willingness for further training
• Sound RAI-/interRAI HomeCare knowledge (InterRAI-HC further training is an advantage)
• Confident handling of digital work tools
• Independent, pragmatic decision-making ability as well as a quality- and responsibility-conscious way of working
• Flexible, team-oriented personality with high adaptability
• High social and communicative competence in a respectful and solution-oriented manner
• Dynamic leadership personality with entrepreneurial thinking, commitment, and positive charisma
