• As a nursing assistant, you will work on ad hoc or planned missions within medico-social establishments in the canton of Genève.
• Alongside a multidisciplinary team, you play a key role in the global care of residents.
• You perform nursing care and support with autonomy and kindness, under the responsibility of a nurse, while ensuring clear and reliable handovers to guarantee continuity of care.
• Flexible hours (continuous, split, night, weekends and public holidays) for a rhythmic, human, and rewarding activity.

Profile sought
-----------------

• You are a nursing assistant and can demonstrate at least one year of successful experience in geriatrics.
• Initial experience in EMS in Switzerland would be a real plus.
• Sensitive to the well-being of residents, you place the human being at the heart of your practice. Calm, reactive and capable of managing complex situations with composure, you demonstrate professionalism in all circumstances.
• You like working in a team, possess excellent interpersonal skills and are able to adapt flexibly to field needs.
