Nurses in psychiatry M/F

to join our team of interim pool staff, specialized in the fields of child psychiatry, adult psychiatry and geriatric psychiatry.

Join us and participate actively in the support and care of patients requiring specialized nursing expertise in mental health.

Job description
--------------------

• Ensure the global care of patients, by applying appropriate care protocols in compliance with good practices and professional standards
• Establish a relationship of trust with patients, by offering them empathetic support and promoting their autonomy
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams (doctors, psychologists, therapists) to develop personalized treatment plans and ensure adequate follow-up
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments, guaranteeing safety and monitoring potential side effects
• Actively participate in team meetings and clinical supervisions

Profile sought
-----------------

• You must hold a HES nursing diploma or equivalent with mandatory Swiss Red Cross recognition.
• You possess proven experience of at least 2 years in adult psychiatry, child psychiatry and/or psychogeriatrics.
• You are trained in the Soarian software or are willing to be.
• You are a professional who listens, has empathy and a team spirit. Of a calm nature, you are comfortable with different types of care and emergency situations.
• The caregiver/patient relationship is at the heart of your care.
