To strengthen the team in the nursing residential group, we are looking for a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH with an additional function in vocational training or willingness to undergo further training (60 %) starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Holistic and resource-oriented nursing and care of the residents
• Independent creation and maintenance of nursing documentation
• Independent monitoring of the nursing process
• Maintaining contact with relatives and doctors
• Active participation in interdisciplinary case discussions and family meetings
• Designing an activating everyday life for the residents
• Taking over administrative activities

Your profile

• Diploma as Pflegefachperson HF/FH required
• Additional function vocational training or willingness to undergo further training
• Extensive experience in nursing
• High resilience and quality-conscious way of working
• Independent management of nursing documentation and nursing process
• Strong communication skills in contact with relatives and doctors
