Job Description

On these missions as CRS Health Assistants / Nursing Assistants in EMS and / or CMS

• You join our proactive team and are delegated to different medico-social establishments (EMS) or CMS.
• You provide basic care (toileting, assistance with meals, nursing).
• Under the responsibility of a nurse, you accompany beneficiaries in daily life activities, taking into account the support project and their level of autonomy.
• Occasional missions (or long durations).
• Available between 50 and 100 %

Profile sought

You must imperatively benefit from a 120-hour CRS Health Assistant training or a Nursing Assistant diploma.

Having a sense of responsibility, your versatility and your flexibility (day/evening shifts, weekends, split shifts) will allow you to adapt to changes without difficulty. You are capable of putting your skills at the service of beneficiaries, families, and loved ones, having very good stress management, and demonstrating empathy. Good mastery of written and spoken French is required. Your team spirit is one of your major assets.
