Assistant Head Pharmacist

L'hôpital fribourgeois (HFR) is committed daily to the health of the population. Active on several sites, it offers a complete range of high-quality inpatient and outpatient care, placing the well-being of patients at the heart of its concerns. Respect, patient orientation, solidarity and commitment constitute the essential values of its 3'800 employees. The HFR pharmacy ensures the supply of the various sites of the network. It manages a medication information center and offers clinical pharmacy services. Various preparations that are not available on the market (extemporaneous and small batch) are also manufactured there. In order to complete the management of the HFR pharmacy, the medical management is looking for an Assistant Head Pharmacist

Your mission: * Support the pharmacy management in its tasks and responsibilities * Participate in the management of pharmacy projects * Support the different sectors of the pharmacy in their activities * Contribute to the quality management system * Participate in the pharmacy on-call service

Your profile: * Federal diploma in pharmacy or foreign diploma recognized by MEBEKO * FPH specialist title in hospital pharmacy or equivalent training, as well as several years of experience in a hospital environment * Mastery of the French or German language with very good knowledge of the other language * Good knowledge of team management and leadership * Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills * Experience in the quality control and/or quality assurance sectors is an asset
