Pflegefachfrau/mann HF/FH with a focus on dementia, workload 40% - 80%. Your tasks: As a Dipl. Pflegefachperson, you are responsible for professional and needs-oriented care and support of our residents. For this position, a cheerful personality who enjoys taking personal responsibility is very important to us. In a small and manageable team, you will actively shape and be responsible for the nursing process as a key person. You support and promote the residents based on professional and human competence. You enjoy taking on daily responsibility and, together with the team and the residents, shape the daily routine. Good and competence-based cooperation with specialist agencies, doctors, and other internal departments is a matter of course for you and is simply part of the job. Your profile: This position is aimed at a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF or equivalent qualifications who brings experience in gerontopsychiatry and/or the dementia field.
