• Medical management of a psychiatric service with beds
• Implementation of innovative therapeutic concepts
• Mentor for assistant physicians as well as psychologists in training
• Participation in the design of the clinical information system (SIC)
• Individual evaluation and counseling interviews
• Active participation in the therapeutic management team
• Contribution to the achievement of our strategic objectives
