• Professional care and support of patients
• Planning, implementation, and documentation of the nursing process
• Ensuring individual and needs-oriented care
• Administration of medication and implementation of medical-nursing measures
• Observation and assessment of the state of health
• Close cooperation with doctors, relatives, and other specialists
• Taking on responsibility in everyday nursing and ensuring a high quality of care

Your profile

• Completed training as dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF / dipl. Pflegefachmann HF or an equivalent, recognized qualification in Switzerland
• Professional experience in the nursing sector is an advantage
• Sound nursing and medical specialist knowledge
• Independent, responsible, and reliable way of working
• Empathy and enjoyment in interacting with people
• Teamwork skills and good communication skills
• High social competence and resilience
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Readiness for flexible working hours and shift work
