Healthcare Specialist EFZ 60-80%

Your tasks

• Holistic care and nursing of guests in the sense of our nursing mission statement and the nursing process
• Taking over tasks as a primary caregiver
• Participation in the nursing process and in the assessment of nursing needs with RAI LTCF for the assigned guests
• Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach (possible via mobile with CareCoach smartphone)
• Planning and accompanying doctor's visits
• Taking over daily responsibility
• Taking over tasks as a subject matter expert for a specialist topic and thus contributing to the group-wide network for nursing quality

Your profile

• Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ
• Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
• RAI knowledge desired or willingness to attend these courses (will be paid for)
• A warm and humorous basic attitude
• Joy in diverse challenges
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
