As a traditional, leading university hospital, the Inselspital, which belongs to the Insel Gruppe, is a medical competence and high-technology center with international prestige and, at the same time, a first-class training and research institution.
The Abdomen medical division includes the areas of visceral surgery, hepatology, gastroenterology, nephrology, urology, as well as thoracic surgery. The main building, Anna-Seiler-Haus, is among the most modern and attractive hospital buildings in Switzerland.
In the Wilhelm-Fabry-Haus area, patients of the specialist disciplines of urology and visceral surgery are cared for. An interdisciplinary team offers them top-tier medicine and holistic care at a university level.

What awaits you

• Responsibility and further development of the 3rd and 4th floor department in the Wilhelm-Fabry-Haus with a total of 37 beds
• Responsibility and further development of the urological Intermediate Care with a total of 5 beds
• Responsibility and further development of the outpatient clinic
• Ensuring coordinated, patient-centered care
• Personnel leadership of team leaders and nursing experts
• Responsibility for further personnel development in the areas within the Wilhelm-Fabry-Haus
• Close interprofessional exchange with various specialist disciplines and other stakeholders
• Active participation in decision-making processes within the nursing management team

What you bring with you

• Nursing diploma tertiary level
• Several years of leadership experience including completed leadership training
• Expertise and diversity of perspectives for the further development of nursing
