Your tasks

• Management and coordination between doctor, nursing, the secretariat, as well as the patients
• Reception and care of the patients
• Appointment coordination as well as general secretarial and administrative work
• Supporting nursing in medication and material management, in preparatory discussions for endoscopic examinations, blood collection, and the care of patients before as well as after examinations
• Assistance during medical examinations, for example during sonography / contrast medium sonography and functional diagnostics (pH-metry, manometry, and breathing tests)

Your profile

• Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant (MPA) with previous experience in gastroenterology desirable
• Open and sociable personality with enjoyment of patient contact
• Team player, flexible, resilient, and motivated
• Interest in interdisciplinary cooperation
