If you too want to make a difference in people's lives, these are your tasks: * Professional support as well as targeted promotion and development of the students of the postgraduate course in intensive care as well as the students of nursing specialists and FaGe apprentices * Mastering complex treatment situations together with the students and apprentices, including the creation of learning opportunities * Active participation in the ward management team for the further development of training, including the introduction of education-relevant topics * General optimization of training as well as strengthening the nursing team in the support of students and apprentices * Promotion of your own vocational pedagogical competence through professional exchange, networking, and active participation in the various organizational networks. The ward complies with the current recommendations and standards of the Schweizerische Gesellschaft für Intensivmedizin (SGI) and is a recognized training facility for the postgraduate course for Dipl. Expertin / Dipl. Experte Intensivpflege NDS.
