Tasks

• You care for and nurse our residents professionally and individually.
• You plan, coordinate, and document the nursing process.
• You recognize changes in health status and initiate appropriate measures.
• You work closely with doctors, therapists, as well as internal and external specialists.
• You take responsibility in everyday nursing care and support your team.
• You accompany apprentices and students in daily professional life.

Requirements

• Completed training as dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH or an equivalent, recognized training in Switzerland.
• Professional experience in long-term care or psychiatry is an advantage.
• Independent, responsible, and reliable way of working.
• High social competence as well as an appreciative attitude towards residents and relatives.
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing.
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation and the further development of nursing quality.
