The[Département de la femme, de l'enfant et de l'adolescent](< >) has the mission to offer quality care adapted to the needs of women at each stage of their lives and to the health problems faced by newborns, children, and adolescent girls and boys from birth until the age of 16. It works on the development of cutting-edge services and specialty competence centers. The[Service de psychiatrie de l'enfant et de l'adolescent](< >)(SPEA) takes care of hospital management in day hospital or outpatient settings for children, adolescent girls, and adolescent boys suffering from disorders; it provides holistic psychological and child psychiatric care, where the patient is taken into account in their totality, including their family and social network. The SPEA is a category A training center for the postgraduate training of doctors. The service occupies the new premises of the Maison de l'enfance et de l'adolescence (MEA) which groups all the units of the service in a particularly warm setting, specifically designed to improve the quality of care for the most fragile young patients. Dietitian - 20% You join the Unité alimentation et nutrition chez l'enfant et l'adolescent ou adolescente (AliNEA), a unit specialized in the assessment and management of eating disorders and food intake disorders in children and young people aged 4 to 16. You contribute to the assessment, treatment, and prevention of eating disorders (TCA) and feeding disorders (TA) in children and adolescent girls and boys. This activity is part of an integrated multidisciplinary approach combining child psychiatry, pediatrics, psychology, nursing care, and work with families. You ensure therapeutic follow-up within the framework of individual dietary consultations with patients and their families, as well as for the support of refeeding in situations of anorexia nervosa and malnutrition. You contribute to the management of ARFID situations, notably in the sensory and behavioral dimensions of eating, while contributing to the prevention and management of nutritional complications related to TCA. You take part in the design, implementation, and evaluation of the Day Hospital program, through the animation or co-animation of therapeutic activities related to food. You accompany therapeutic meals and snacks, while contributing to the psychoeducation of patients and their families, as well as the development of therapeutic and educational materials. Qualifications You hold a HES Bachelor in Nutrition and Dietetics or a title deemed equivalent (Red Cross recognition) in Switzerland. Additional training (CAS in CBT), as well as clinical experience with children and adolescent girls and boys and/or in the field of eating disorders, constitute major assets. You have a marked interest in multidisciplinary approaches, an excellent ability to work with families, and knowledge of evidence-based management models in eating disorders (TCA). You also demonstrate solid skills in animating therapeutic groups as well as strong abilities for interprofessional collaboration. You possess excellent interpersonal skills, a marked sense of organization, as well as great autonomy in the conduct of your professional activities. You also demonstrate flexibility and clinical creativity, are capable of intervening in complex situations, and manifest a sustained interest in the development of innovative projects.
