What to expect ###

• You calculate benefit claims in the field of dental insurance (KVG, VVG).
• You check and assess benefit claims from a legal as well as a medical perspective.
• You provide information orally or in writing regarding benefit questions.
• Your contact persons: insured persons, service providers, as well as employees from other areas of CONCORDIA.

What you bring with you ###

• You have basic vocational training as a Dental Assistant EFZ with corresponding professional experience.
• Combined with completed further training in the administrative field (business school, doctor's and hospital secretary, or healthcare clerk) or several years of experience in a commercial activity.
• Working independently, accurately, and expeditiously? You feel comfortable doing so.
• You possess good comprehension.
• You appreciate a dynamic, versatile, and service-oriented environment just as much as we do.
• Your stylish German is convincing, whether you speak or write.
• Additionally, you have good French skills in spoken and written form and are motivated to perform part of the daily business in this language.
• Proficient MS Office skills? No problem for you!
