Your tasks:

• Holistic care and nursing of guests in the sense of our nursing mission statement and the nursing process
• Assumption of tasks as a primary caregiver
• Responsibility and management of the nursing process of the assigned guests incl. the RAI nursing needs assessment
• Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach
• Planning and accompaniment of physician visits
• Assumption of daily responsibility with coordination of the day team
• Leading case discussions and nursing reports
• Assumption of tasks as a topic carrier in a specialist topic and thus participation in the group-wide network for nursing quality

Your profile:

• Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann HF/FH/DNII or an equivalent training recognized by the SRK
• Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
• RAI knowledge desired or willingness to attend these courses (will be paid)
• A warm and humorous basic attitude
• Enjoyment of diverse challenges
• Good German skills in spoken and written language
