Registered Nurse Spitex 40 - 100% Winterthur

As a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau or Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH, you will take on a responsible role in outpatient care during the day shift in the Winterthur region. With a workload of 40 to 100%, you will independently care for clients in their home environment and ensure high-quality Spitex care without weekend services. Start immediately or by arrangement.

• Independent implementation and organization of nursing assignments in the home environment
• Ensuring high-quality, individual, and resource-oriented care
• Professional implementation of medical prescriptions as well as electronic documentation of nursing processes
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with doctors, relatives, and other specialist agencies
• Support and accompaniment of clients in everyday life

What you bring with you

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau or Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH or equivalent training such as Bachelor of Science in Nursing, examinierte Pflegefachkraft, Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegerin or Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger, DGKP
• Several years of experience in the Spitex sector is a must
• Driver's license category B
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing, other languages an advantage
