Deputy Head of Nursing Services (m/f/d) – Seel Haus GmbH

Seel Haus GmbH is a newly founded Spitex organization based in Basel. We accompany people in their own homes – with basic care, treatment care, and counseling that is oriented toward the individual needs of our clients instead of rigid processes.

As a young company, we are building our team and our processes from the ground up: professionally sound, close to the people, with short decision-making paths between management, head of nursing services, and the nursing team. Those who join us help to shape things – from day one, not as a cog in a large operation.

Your tasks

• Professional and organizational deputy for the Head of Nursing Services (PDL); taking over full operational responsibility in their absence
• Needs assessment, care planning, and re-evaluation according to interRAI / RAI-HC directly with the clients
• Independent performance of examination and treatment care — this service is exclusively reserved for nursing specialists HF/FH according to Annex 4a KLV
• Deployment and tour planning for the nursing team
• Participation in the development, induction, and leadership of the nursing team (FaGe, nursing assistants SRK)
• Contact person for relatives, doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and health insurers
• Participation in the on-call service (telephone on-call duty during deployment times) as well as deployments in a defined weekend window for treatment care

Your profile

• Dipl. Nurse HF/FH or foreign training recognized by the SRK (on behalf of the SBFI); registration in NAREG / GesReg
• Professional experience in Swiss Spitex or long-term care; initial leadership experience is an advantage
• Confident handling of interRAI / RAI-HC, sound KVG/KLV knowledge
• German at least level C1
• Driving license Cat. B and own car is an advantage
• Strong organizational skills, resilient, with a pioneering spirit
