Registered Nurse Specialist Consultant Gynecology 80 - 100% Zürich

As a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau or Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH, you will take on a responsible role in acute gynecological care in the Zurich region with an additional function in specialist consultancy. With a workload of 80 to 100%, you will combine direct patient care with professional support for the nursing team and actively contribute to the further development of nursing quality within a modern clinic.

What awaits you in this responsible task

• Holistic care and support of patients in the field of gynecology as well as in interdisciplinary surgery according to the nursing process
• Implementation of medical orders and participation in diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventive measures
• Independent clinical decision-making as well as initiation of appropriate nursing measures
• Professional guidance and support of trainees and students in nursing training
• Advising the team in complex nursing situations within the framework of your specialist consultancy function
• Conducting internal department evaluations as well as organizing specialist short training courses

What you bring with you

• Completed training as Pflegefachfrau or Pflegefachmann HF/FH or equivalent training such as Bachelor of Science in Nursing, examinierte Pflegefachkraft, Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegerin or Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger, DGKP
• Professional experience in acute care, experience in the field of surgery or gynecology
• Joy in passing on knowledge and providing professional support to colleagues
