Deployed across several sites, the Institution de Lavigny consists of a neurological hospital with outpatient consultations on two sites, a residential department for adults with disabilities, including intellectual impairment or physical issues, a specialized school, and a workshops and vocational training sector. The Institution de Lavigny is looking for a specialist physician in general internal medicine, starting January 1, 2027, to join its teams and intervene with several populations, across different sites (Lausanne, Lavigny and Morges). Specialist physician in general internal medicine (FMH) Missions You will collaborate closely with the medical director, the medical teams, partner specialist physicians, and the management of the various departments. You will participate in care centered on the needs, projects, and quality of life of each person supported. * EMS À Plein Soleil, Lausanne You will assume the function of nursing home responsible physician for people with disabilities following an acquired neurological impairment. A mission that combines general medicine, long-term follow-up, and close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams (rather: nursing and therapeutic, as well as social). * Socio-educational housing in Lavigny and Morges You will ensure, as needed, the medical follow-up of residents in our socio-educational housing, in collaboration with the medical referent already in place. You will support people with congenital disabilities through a global, individualized, and coordinated approach. * Hospital - University neurorehabilitation service, in Lavigny You will bring your internal medicine expertise to the approximately 65 patients hospitalized in neurorehabilitation, whose comorbidities regularly require specialized advice. You will work in close collaboration with the service doctors. An outpatient consultation activity for external patients may also be considered, as well as complementary missions according to a distribution adapted to your activity rate. Profile * FMH specialist title in general internal medicine or title deemed equivalent and recognized by MEBEKO * Marked interest in interdisciplinary work and complex care * Taste for local, diversified, and person-centered medicine * Experience or a particular interest in neurology or the field of disability is an asset.
