Your main tasks:

• Leadership and support of a nursing team
• Coordination of daily operations and ensuring optimal patient care
• Optimization of existing processes and active participation in shaping new structures
• Close coordination with the nursing management and the interprofessional team

Your profile

• Training as a nursing professional
• Leadership experience of at least two years
• Communicative and organizationally strong personality with a strong sense of responsibility
• Joy in supporting, developing, and motivating employees
