Job description
At visoparents, we create spaces in which children with and without disabilities can grow, learn, and feel comfortable. To make this succeed, people are needed who think ahead, take responsibility, and reliably shape everyday life. The Kita Kinderhaus Imago cares for children with and without disabilities from 3 months of age. Our integrative concept is unique in Switzerland: half of the places are reserved for children with a disability, a (rare) illness, and/or a behavioral abnormality. As of 1. August 2027, we are offering apprenticeships at Kinderhaus Imago Dübendorf. This is what awaits you:

You learn to care for, accompany, and promote the development of children with and without disabilities
Together with the team, you actively help shape the children's everyday life
Housekeeping tasks are also part of your daily training and give you insights into the organization of group daily life
Step by step, you will get to know the nursing support and accompaniment of children and will increasingly take on responsibility
What you bring with you:

A secondary school certificate at level A or B
Interest and joy in working with young children
Empathy as well as respectful and appreciative interaction with other people
Joy in taking on responsibility, combined with a reliable way of working
Flexibility, resilience, and openness to new challenges
What we offer you:

A varied and exciting apprenticeship position with qualified vocational trainers
Professional structures and attractive working conditions
Good accessibility by public transport. Workplace: Dübendorf (5 minutes from Stettbach station)
A motivated, warm, and collegial team that accompanies and supports you during your training
Would you like to get to know us? We are happy to answer your questions.
