Your tasks
Professional care and support of female patients, male patients, and residents
Support with daily personal hygiene, mobilization, and nutrition
Performance of nursing and medical-technical activities within the scope of your competencies
Monitoring and documentation of vital signs
Administration of medication according to medical prescription and operational specifications
Observation and documentation of the state of health
Cooperation with qualified nursing professionals and other medical specialists
Accompanying and supporting relatives
Ensuring a high quality of care and support

Your profile
Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ (FaGe) or an equivalent, recognized qualification in Switzerland
Professional experience in acute or long-term care is an advantage
Good German skills in speaking and writing
Independent, reliable, and responsible way of working
Enjoyment of interacting with people
Empathy and strong social competence
Teamwork skills and resilience
Readiness for early, late, and night shifts
Flexibility regarding working hours and deployment locations
