Your tasks

• Overall technical, personnel and organizational management of the nursing area
• Ensuring high-quality, needs-oriented nursing and care
• Leadership, promotion and further development of employees and management personnel
• Responsibility for the implementation and further development of quality standards and nursing processes
• Compliance with statutory requirements and internal guidelines
• Active participation in the strategic further development of the nursing center
• Responsibility for personnel planning and efficient resource use
• Promotion of appreciative, interprofessional cooperation with relatives, doctors and other partners

Your profile

• Training as a certified nursing professional HF/FH or equivalent, recognized qualification in Switzerland
• Further education in the field of leadership, management or nursing service management
• Several years of professional and leadership experience in long-term care
• Sound knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system and the legal framework
• High social competence, empathy and strong communication skills
• Responsible, solution-oriented and resilient personality
• Enjoyment in actively shaping changes and developing employees
