Your future assignment company is a Spitex organization in the Luzern region, which cares for people with different care and support needs directly in their own homes. The goal is to support clients in their everyday lives so that, despite health restrictions, they can live independently in their familiar environment for as long as possible.

Instead of a classic ward routine, you are on the move and encounter very different people and life situations during your tour. A new care situation awaits you behind every door. In this, not only is your expertise required, but also the ability to quickly adapt to the respective person and their personal environment.

Although you are on the move independently for a large part of your working day, you work closely with the nursing team and other specialists. Regular exchange ensures that changes are recognized early and that clients are continuously cared for.

As a Fachfrau or Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ with a workload of 60 to 100 %, you will temporarily support the existing team and can apply your experience directly in outpatient care. Careerplus will personally accompany you during your job search and throughout your entire assignment.

Your tasks at the new employer:

• During your daily assignments, you care for and accompany clients individually in their own homes and respond to their personal situation
• You carry out tasks of basic and treatment care as well as medically technical procedures independently and carefully within your FaGe competencies
• You attentively recognize changes in health status, document your observations in a traceable manner, and reliably pass on important information
• In exchange with the nursing team and other involved specialists, you contribute to well-coordinated and continuous care for the clients

You offer your new employer:

• Completed training as Fachfrau or Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ or, in the case of a foreign qualification, the corresponding SRK recognition
• Enjoyment of working independently as well as personal contact with different people in their familiar environment
• An organized, reliable, and responsible way of working so that you can coordinate your assignments and tasks independently
• Openness and flexibility to adapt to changing care situations, different households, and individual needs
