Tasks

• Independent and professional care and support of patients
• Implementation and monitoring of the entire nursing process
• Recognition of changes in health status and initiation of corresponding measures
• Implementation of nursing and medical measures
• Administration and control of medication according to medical prescription
• Documentation of nursing services and ensuring seamless nursing documentation
• Close cooperation with doctors, relatives, and other specialists
• Taking on responsibility in everyday nursing and promoting a high quality of care

Requirements

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH
• Professional experience in the corresponding nursing area is an advantage
• Responsible, independent, and reliable way of working
• Good communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team
• Empathy and respectful treatment of patients
• Resilience and flexibility in everyday work
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Willingness to take on responsibility and to develop professionally
• Good knowledge of nursing documentation and handling digital systems
