• Crisis intervention and support in challenging situations
• Independent case management and treatment planning
• Collaboration with the interprofessional team of the Klinik für Alterspsychiatrie
• Counseling and networking with relatives, authorities, and referring parties

Profile

• Degree as dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH
• Experience in Alterspsychiatrie/Spitex an advantage
• Joy and interest in dealing with older people and their individual life situations
• Empathy, patience, and an appreciative attitude towards experienced people
• Confident appearance even in the presence of cognitive changes and/or impairments
• Independent, responsible way of working
• Driver's license Cat. B
