Your tasks

Execution of basic and treatment care in the home environment
Co-responsibility for the planning, execution, and documentation of the nursing process
Support during initial assessments as well as implementation of the care plan
Assumption of case responsibility within the scope of competencies
Ensuring complete and correct nursing documentation
Advice and support for clients as well as their relatives
Collaboration with family doctors, therapists, and other specialist centers
Participation in quality development as well as compliance with legal and operational specifications
Support with organizational and administrative tasks

Your profile

Completed training as Healthcare Specialist EFZ
Professional experience in Spitex is an advantage
Independent, responsible, and structured way of working
High social and professional competence as well as joy in working with people
Good German skills in speaking and writing
Driver's license category B
