We are a residential and nursing home with character, history, and heart. In the midst of the idyllic landscape, we offer around 200 people a loving home. But our everyday life is anything but ordinary, and that is primarily due to the people who work here.

About the department

Haus B comprises three residential groups with a total of 36 residents with physical and/or cognitive impairments. We place great importance on individual, biography-oriented care and adapt nursing to the lifestyle and habits of the individual persons. Our team works across all three residential groups – this ensures variety and strengthens cohesion. Do you feel comfortable in a helpful team and appreciate an appreciative feedback culture? Your tasks

• Individual, holistic nursing and care of the residents, adapted to their needs and life situation.
• Taking over daily responsibility to ensure smooth processes in everyday life.
• Reference person work to build a trusting relationship with the residents and support their needs in the best possible way.
• Careful nursing documentation to ensure quality and continuity in care.
• Active involvement in working groups for the continuous development of our nursing quality and work processes.

Your profile

• You have completed training as a Fachfrau/-mann Gesundheit EFZ and bring sound specialist knowledge.
• You are characterized by commitment, responsibility, and a positive aura that you bring to your work.
• Flexibility and resilience are a matter of course for you – even in demanding moments, you maintain an overview.
