For the EMS Petit-Flon, an open structure of 77 beds, with a warm and family atmosphere, we are looking for several health assistants for day activities from 60% to 100%

Are you passionate about care and support in a personalized approach to residents that emphasizes interdisciplinary work and collective intelligence?

Your mission:

• Perform personalized care in compliance with hygiene rules
• Ensure the well-being of residents through an approach of listening and support during all acts of daily life
• Apply internal directives, charters, and the care and ethics philosophy of the Foundation

Your profile:

• Certified Red Cross health assistant training, EVAM or HévivA or training deemed equivalent
• Ability to work autonomously while demonstrating versatility
• Experience in geriatrics is an asset
• You have a good command of French (written and spoken)
• You are dynamic, sociable, while demonstrating rigor
