Our practice is located just a few minutes' walk from Belp station. Thanks to the good S-Bahn connection, Bern can be reached in around 20 minutes. During breaks, our balcony with a view of the Belpberg and the Stockhorn invites you to linger.

Professional Focus & Further Development

We care for a versatile and varied patient base. Our specializations include musculoskeletal and neurological physiotherapy, the treatment of patients after surgery, as well as the treatment of pelvic floor issues and jaw problems. During our weekly internal professional exchange, we benefit from each other's experiences. The exchange within the OMNIA network also opens up new perspectives for us.

Premises & Equipment

Six bright, spacious, and separate treatment rooms on two floors, a spacious group room, and an additional room with various therapy devices offer diverse possibilities for individual treatments and active forms of therapy.

What we offer you:

Patients are always at the center.
Your patients stay with you. You bear the responsibility and can truly live your treatment methods and relationships.

Time for assessment and administration.
60 minutes for initial assessments and 30 minutes of paid administration time per working day. As a Flying Physio, you work in clearly structured hourly blocks with enough time for treatment, administration, and travel.

Professional support in the background.
We accompany you through the SRK recognition. Our scientific staff support you professionally, and you implement standardized assessments easily via online tools.

Support in everyday life.
Own laptop for your administration and an admin team that has your back. Mistakes are allowed to happen; we find solutions together. 5 weeks of vacation and flexible working hours that you help shape are standard with us.

Your working model, your choice.
More vacation (up to 14 weeks), an additional contribution to your pension fund, or a classic employment model? You decide. Once a year, you reflect on your performance in an objective salary evaluation, and we discuss your next steps together.

You are also on the road as a Flying Physio.
A packed company car and a mobile phone await you. You can also use the car privately throughout Switzerland.

We move you forward.
At 100 % workload, up to 5 further education days per year and CHF 1'000 training contribution. A change of location within Switzerland or later a management function? We are happy to support you with that.

Your profile:

• Completed training in physiotherapy; with a foreign diploma, we accompany you through the SRK recognition
• Creativity and flexibility to adapt optimally to the local conditions
• Team spirit, high social competence, and reliability
• Desire for a career entry, a re-entry, or a new professional challenge
• Experience with general, neurological, and/or geriatric patients is an advantage

Your tasks:

• You treat patients in the practice and at their homes
• You work interdisciplinary with doctors, nursing staff, and relatives
• You actively help shape the «Flying Physios» offer
