Policlinic, emergency, outpatient care, hospitalizations: from birth to old age, the Hôpital de Morges offers a wide range of care services. The establishment has 240 acute care beds, a maternity ward with approximately 1'500 births per year, and nearly 30'000 emergency consultations. In total, more than 40 medical disciplines have been practiced within its walls for over 150 years. Surrounded by vineyards, with an incredible view of the mountains and the lake, the Hôpital de Morges welcomes you in a warm and dynamic setting.

We are looking for the Hôpital de Morges for a:

Medical Nurse (F/M) at 80-100%

Start position as soon as possible or to be agreed upon.

YOU POSSESS

• A HES Bachelor in nursing or a nursing diploma recognized by the Swiss Red Cross.
• Experience acquired in acute care required.
• Great adaptation to the requirements of the different services in which you are delegated.
• Good organizational skills (anticipate, plan, coordinate) and rigor.
• The ability to take initiatives and responsibilities.
• Good emotional mastery, proactivity and flexibility.
• A flexibility and availability to work day and night as well as weekdays and 2 weekends per month.

YOUR OBJECTIVES

• Ensure the care of the patient base entrusted to them in respect of institutional values.
• Elaborate care objectives with the patient, their relatives, the multidisciplinary team, based on the data collected and taking into account a global therapeutic project.
• Work in interprofessionality with the objective of quality care and in respect of a global approach to the patient.
