Night Watchman/woman at 80 % (Replacement - CDM)

Mission :
As a night watchman/woman, you ensure the well-being, comfort, and security of the residents during the night (from 20h15 to 7h15).

Your responsibilities :

• Provide basic care and accompany residents in daily life activities, particularly at bedtime, during awakenings, and upon waking up.
• Ensure their comfort, their settling in, and the prevention of risks during the night.
• Observe their general state and report any change, incident, or particular event to the day teams.
• Guarantee the surveillance and security of the residents as well as the premises of the Foyer.
• Deal with unforeseen or urgent situations by applying the current protocols.
• Transmit useful information with precision and discernment in order to ensure the continuity of support.
• Collaborate closely with the members of your team and participate in the colloquiums and training necessary for your function.

Your profile :

• Ideally, you already have experience in this field.
• You are an attentive, reliable, and responsible person, endowed with good observational skills.
• You demonstrate patience, respect, and discretion in supporting the residents.
• You are capable of reacting in an appropriate manner to unforeseen events and of respecting established procedures.
• You enjoy teamwork and ensure clear and rigorous handovers.
• You are willing to acquire the necessary skills for basic care and to apply the taught techniques.
